日本とオーストラリアをまたぐ求人、プロジェクト、協業に関する情報や、企業、人材会社、経験者との接点を通じて、次の挑戦につながる入口を増やします。現段階では、採用や雇用のあっせんを約束するものではなく、情報提供・交流・接点づくりを中心に運営します。

日豪間でキャリアを築いた人の経験談や実践的な知識に触れ、就職活動、転職、キャリア設計、起業、働き方について相談・学習できる機会を提供します。

What JAIT Community offers
1. Connections to Japan–Australia career and business opportunities
Members can discover information about cross-border roles, projects, and collaboration opportunities and build connections with companies, recruitment professionals, and experienced peers. At this stage, JAIT Community focuses on information sharing and relationship building and does not promise employment placement or recruitment outcomes.
2. Career support and practical knowledge
Learn from people who have built careers across Japan and Australia and take part in conversations about job searching, career development, entrepreneurship, and different ways of working.
3. Trusted cross-border relationships
Connect with Japanese people who have international experience and with companies, professionals, and communities involved in Japan–Australia relations. The aim is to build relationships based on shared experience, interests, and future direction.
4. Preparation for future career and business opportunities
By understanding members’ experience, interests, and expertise, the Community aims to help people become ready to connect when suitable opportunities arise. Over time, this can contribute to a network linking talent across Australia, Japan, APAC, and the wider world.

定期オンライン対話会は、JAIT Communityに参加した方へ案内する活動の一つです。少人数で、海外での仕事や暮らしから得た経験、今考えていること、次に知りたいことを共有します。
特定の求人紹介、採用、就職結果をお約束する場ではありません。安心して対話し、情報を交換し、次の一歩を考えられる場を目指します。
Community activities
Regular online conversation sessions are one of the activities available to JAIT Community members. In small groups, participants share what they have learned from living and working internationally, what they are considering now, and what they want to explore next.
These sessions are not a job-placement or recruitment service and do not promise employment outcomes. They are respectful spaces to exchange knowledge, connect, and consider meaningful next steps.
