楠本 岳（Takeshi Kusumoto）
CAREER MEISTER Founder & Director
オーストラリア・メルボルンを拠点に、人材紹介・採用支援・キャリア支援を行うCAREER MEISTERを運営。オーストラリアで15年以上にわたり人材領域に携わり、日本人・バイリンガル人材と、日系企業・グローバル企業の採用を支援しています。日本とオーストラリア双方の採用事情や働き方を踏まえ、人材紹介（正社員・契約社員）、人材派遣（カジュアル）、人事・雇用コンサルティングを行い、オーストラリアでの就職・転職を希望する方へ現地から情報を発信しています。
今回話す主なテーマ：オーストラリアでの仕事探しや採用の現場で実際に評価される経験・スキル、海外経験を次のキャリアにつなげる考え方について、採用側の視点を交えながらお話しいただきます。

CAREER MEISTER Founder & Director
Based in Melbourne, Takeshi runs CAREER MEISTER, providing recruitment, hiring, and career support. With more than 15 years of experience in Australia’s recruitment sector, he supports Japanese and bilingual professionals as well as Japanese and global companies. His work includes permanent and contract recruitment, casual staffing, and HR and employment consulting, informed by recruitment practices and working cultures in both Japan and Australia.
Main topics: What experience and skills are valued in the Australian job market, and how international experience can be turned into the next career step, viewed from an employer and recruiter perspective.
